To access/view patients’ images and reports* you must download and install RamSoft’s PowerServer software application to your computer (see menu on lower right). Afterwards, please contact or email TBI to obtain a user name and password (required) to set up your account.

 

Brower / System Requirements:

 

  • MS Internet Explorer 5.5 or above (PC devices only
    ~ no other browser is supported)
  • Popup Blocking Disabled
  • JavaScript and Cookies Enabled

 

For best Installation results please run the System Check to verify additional system requirements needed. If a problems exists and cannot be resolved, please contact your local IT administrator for further assistance. Existing Accounts/Users


TBI makes it easy to access your patients’ images and reports*. Having an Account means you are already familiar with accessing and viewing images through RamSoft’s PowerServer. Be sure to either set up a shortcut on your desktop or bookmark this page in your browser for quicker access in the future. If you need to Uninstall the software or have questions regarding privacy, please click on any of the links indicated below in the RamSoft window. Diagnostic Imaging FAQ

Does the software comply with HIPAA policies and protect images being accessed online?

All images are encrypted and protected in compliance with HIPAA policies.

Can my patients set up an account through TBI to view their images online using the RamSoft plug-in?

Currently, TBI does not offer patients the ability to access their images. Please refer patients to the TBI facility where they received their diagnostic imaging to request a copy.

How long must I wait to access my patients images?

Once your patient has completed their diagnostic imaging exam, you can expect to see their images almost immediately. TBI will also send your patient's images electronically or via fax, however needed. For a hard copy of your patients images, please contact TBI.

How long are the images available online for viewing?

TBI archives your patients' diagnostic images for an indefinite period of time. If you do not find your patients'  images online, please contact your local TBI office and request a hard copy.
